Rectangular Tubes: 20 x 15 mm to 150 x120 mm  Wall Thickness: 1 mm to 15 mm

Length:12 m(Max) or as your requirement

Process: TIG ,PAW

Finish:  Hair-line polishing ,Mirror Polishing

Ends: Beveled or plain end, square cut, burr free ,Plastic Cap at Both end

Packing: Bare packing/bundle packing with woven bag/wooden or steel frame crate packing/plastic cap protection at the both sides of tubes and suitably protected for sea-worthly delivery or as requested.

2.100% Dimension & Visual Examination
3. Mechanical Properties Test Include Tension Test,Flaring Test (For Seamless tube/pipe)/ Flange Test (For Welded Pipe & Tube), Hardness Test  (optional)
4.Straightness Test  (optional)
5.Roughness Test (optional)
NOTES : ALL THE TESTS AND INSPECTION RESULT NEED TO BE SHOWED IN REPORTS ACCORDING TO STANDARD AND SPECIFICATION.
